Phone Card

The Call Phone Card is used to allow your subscribers to call you from via the bot or messenger platform by simply putting in your telephone or contact number in a button.

Call Phone Card Specifics

The Call Phone Card has the following specifics:

  • Card Title

  • Incoming connectors only

  • Card preview

  • Duplicate Card Icon

  • Settings Icon

Phone Card Message

Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains no additional tabs.

Call Phone Card Explained

This window contains the phone number field. It also supports Air Variables and Custom Fields.

1. Phone number

  • This field is where you add your phone number making sure to follow the correct format by adding the "+" prefix followed by the country code, area code, and local number.

  • For example, +16505551234. With a single click or tap, any subscriber can initiate a call.

Any changes made inside the card are temporarily auto-saved whether you click on the save button, the close button, or simply click outside the card on your screen. To save your progress, it is important to always click the "Save" button (in the top right corner) on the Flow Composer to apply any changes made.
