List Card

The List Card is used to create a List message in your Flow.

List Card Overview

List Card specifics:

• It has two connectors 1 incoming and 1 outgoing (depending on the number of buttons and quick replies used)

List Message

Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains three tabs; Settings, Triggers, and Click-to-Messenger Ads.

List Card Settings

The settings tab is where you set up your card title and List message.

List Card Settings Explained

The Settings tab in the List Card consists of 5 parts; card title, List message field, preview, change preview icon, and buttons/quick replies which are explained next.

1. Card Title

• Enter a name for your card. It is recommended to specify something that’s easily identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clepher.

2. List Message Field

• There are 4 fields inside a single element:

  • Element Title: Shows the main topic or title of the element or content.

  • Element Subtitle: Shows a subtitle or a short description of the main topic or element title.

  • Image URL field: Input an image URL to show an image.

  • Default Quick Replies: There are two default quick replies which show Visit Us and Call Us.

Note: The List field can hold up to 4 elements maximum.

3. Preview

• Upon editing your List message in the element field," the Preview automatically updates. This is where you can see how it will look for your Subscribers.

4. Change Preview Icon

• Aside from the preview option, we have what we call a preview icon. This allows an image to be viewable at the top of your list message. How to perform, simply click on the icon and it automatically updates.

5. Buttons

• The List card can hold up to 3 buttons in each element. It also has the "Add Element" button which allows you to add elements.

• All Message Type cards can be set up with Buttons and Quick Replies depending on how you would like to deliver your message to a subscriber. See our documentation on Buttons & Quick Replies to learn more about the difference between the Types of Buttons.

Any changes made inside the card are temporarily auto-saved whether you click on the save button, the close button, or simply click outside the card on your screen. To save your progress, it is important to always click the "Save" button (in the top right corner) on the Flow Composer to apply any changes made.
