Multiple Choice Card Settings Explained

The Settings tab in the Phone Number Card consists of 5 parts; Card Title, Custom Field, Message, Preview, and Buttons/Quick Replies which are explained next.

1. Card Title

  • Enter a name for your message. It is recommended to enter something that’s easy, identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clepher.

2. Save Reply to Custom Field

  • This is where you set the right custom field for your message. You will see a set of default custom fields or you can create one manually in the custom fields section.

3. Message Field

  • Enter the message you want to send out.

4. Preview

  • In entering your text in the field, the Preview automatically updates. This is where you can see how it will look for your Subscribers. A Text Message can hold both personalization tags and Emojis.

5. Buttons

  • All cards except the Button Action Cards can be set up with buttons and quick reply buttons depending on how you would like to deliver your message to a subscriber. To learn more about the Flow Composer Card Buttons, click here.

  • The Multiple Choice Card has 4 default quick replies as examples.
