Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains three tabs; Settings and Triggers.

A/B Split Card Settings Explained
The Settings tab in the A/B Split Card consists of 4 parts; Card Title, Variant Name, Variant Weight and Add Variant which are explained below. Note that when a subscriber goes through one of the split test card paths, he will always go through the same path again. This behavior is meant to guarantee meaningful results for your tests. For complete random paths every time us the Random Path Card.

1. Card Title
Enter a name for your message. It is recommended to enter something that’s easily identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clepher.
2. Variant Name
The name of your variant.
3. Variant Weight
This allows you to split traffic between paths to test which produces a better outcome.
i.e. If you want an event to happen once every 7 visits on average, you won't have to do a mathematical operation to get the right percentage. You will just have to create 2 variants, one with a weight of 1 and one with a weight 6.
What's cool too is you can treat weights as a percentage too if you wanted. 50% vs 50%? Simply put in 50 in Variant A and 50 in Variant B.
Instead of predefined weights, you set manually inside your split test card, you can also use weights you get from Custom fields or Air variables, Dynamic Weights if you will. In case your variant weights change all the time or need to be pulled from remote web services.
4. Add Variant Button
This button allows you to add more variants. You are allowed to add up to 10 variants per card.
