Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains three tabs; Settings, Triggers, and Click-to-Messenger Ads.

Image Card Settings

The settings tab is where you set up your card title and image or GIF file.

Image Card Settings Explained

The Settings tab in the Image Card consists of 4 parts; card title, attach image field, preview, and buttons/quick replies which are explained next.

1. Card Title

  • Enter a name for your card. It is recommended to specify something that’s easily identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clepher.

2. Image Field

  • Attach the image you want to send out.

  • There are two ways to upload an image onto the card:

    • Direct URL

      • One way to attach an image to the card is by simply clicking on the "direct URL" option and paste the desired link/URL into the field. Once the image or GIF is visible, it means you have successfully attached a valid image link/URL.

    • Upload

      • To upload an image file into the card, simply click on the upload option and select the desired image file from your drive. Allow a few seconds to load. Once the image or GIF is visible, it means you have successfully uploaded a valid image file.

      • TThe current size for any media file is 25MB (this is a Facebook limitation).

3. Preview

  • Upon attaching your image in the image field," the Preview automatically updates. This is where you can see how it will look for your Subscribers.

4. Buttons

  • All Message Type cards can be set up with Buttons and Quick Replies depending on how you would like to deliver your message to a subscriber. See our documentation on Buttons & Quick Replies to learn more about the difference between the Types of Buttons.

Profile Image Tag

This tag allows you to control the Profile Image of your subscriber. When Clepher is doing its thing, the Profile Image tag will return the link to the image of the subscriber interacting with your flow.

Here's an example of how you could use this:

  • Personalized Coupon with Picture - Imagine a flow that shoots out an image. This image shows your Facebook Profile Image, your name, and a coupon code.

Find the image Profile Image Tag everywhere:

You find the Profile Image Tag under the 'User Icon' where you also find your Personalization Tags, Custom Fields, (and soon) Global Fields.

Any changes made inside the card are temporarily auto-saved whether you click on the save button, the close button, or simply click outside the card on your screen. To save your progress, it is important to always click the "Save" button (in the top right corner) on the Flow Composer to apply any changes made.

Triggers and Click-to-Messenger Ads

Each card has the same Triggers and Click-to-Messenger Ads tabs:

  • To learn more on what is inside the Triggers tab, click here.
