AI Triggers
AI Triggers are keywords that will fire your message inside Messenger or Instagram when a subscriber sends a matching keyword or keyphrase.

AI Triggers Overview
All your keywords are stored in the table at Automation > AI Triggers. In the next section, you’ll get an overview of how the Keyword Library works, respectively; Rule, Reply, Status, Actions, Drop-down, Search, Pagination, Bulk Actions and more.

1. Rule
This is the keyword entered into your Flow.
2. Reply
You can see which Card is tied to the Rule.
3. Status
You can see the status on an individual keyword entry, currently: Active and Paused.
4. Platform
This shows what platform the flow was created for. It can be Messenger or Instagram and the logo for the platform will be the distinction.
5. Actions
You can perform on an individual keyword entry, currently: Edit and Pause.
6. Dropdown menu
You can change the number of Keyword entries you want to appear per page by clicking the drop-down in the right-upper corner. You can choose to show either 10, 25, 50 or 100 records per page.
7. Search
You can also use the search field. Search terms are applied to all data in the library.
8. Next/Previous Page
You can view the next page or previous page by clicking “next” or “previous”. This allows you to navigate through all your records.
How to perform Bulk Actions?
You can perform Bulk Actions by clicking the checkboxes – of the records you want to perform Bulk Actions on – in the first column. From there you perform Bulk Actions like “Activate” or "Pause", by clicking the Bulk Actions button in the right-upper corner.
